Our team members and their roles are listed below, in order of time spent on the team. Our longest standing members are at the top, whilst newer members can be found further down.
Nicki Collins - Treasurer Nicki is our much-valued treasurer - she is in charge of keeping track of all of the pennies paid in and out of the BMECS 'coffers'. This includes receiving Qualifier Show registration fees from show holders as well as hobbyists' entry fees for the Championship, and letting us know how much we can afford to spend on things like the venue, rosettes, prizes, admin expenses and goodies for the raffle! The show absolutely must be self-funding, so keeping track of our income and expenditure is a must.
Dani Charis Hawkyard - Website Designer Dani is the team's website designer - so any questions or comments regarding the new site to be sent her way please! If you've hosted a BMECS Qualifier show recently, then Dani is the person you need to send your show's results to, so these can be added to the website. Come September, the team needs these records of all 1st and 2nd placed models to validate all the entries sent in for the Championships.
Amanda Greaves - Qualifier Show Co-ordinator Amanda joined us in 2017, and is our Qualifier Show Co-ordinator. She is the team member which show holders should send their applications to if they would like their show to be granted BMECS Qualifier status, and is responsible year-round for the typing and printing of all those BMECS cards that are sent out to be awarded at BMECS Qualifier shows.
