Marion Randles - BMECS Secretary Marion is our longest standing team member, and as such most questions and queries are often best directed her way. She is responsible for checking and correlating all of the many entries that will come in, arranging those models into their appropriate classes for BMECS 2017 and thus constructing our show schedule. However, sadly 2017 will be Marion's final year as a full time team member due to other commitments.
Amanda Greaves - Qualifier Show Co-ordinator Amanda joined us this year, and is our new Qualifier Show Co-ordinator. She is the team member which show holders should send their applications to if they would like their show to be granted BMECS Qualifier status, and is responsible year-round for the typing and printing of all those BMECS cards that are sent out to be awarded at BMECS Qualifier shows.
Dani Charis Hawkyard - Website Designer Dani is the team's website designer - so any questions or comments regarding the new site to be sent her way please! If you've hosted a BMECS Qualifier show recently, then Dani is the person you need to send your show's results to, so these can be added to the website. Come September, the team needs these records of all 1st and 2nd placed models to validate all the entries sent in for the Championships.
Debra Hulse - Event Co-ordinator Debra's job is primarily to focus on all those little things that make BMECS such a special event. She has been doing a super job of organising the donations for this year's BMECS raffles, and as always she will work her magic arranging the catering for both days of BMECS 2017. She has also been helping Amanda with the never-ending job of taking Qualifier Show applications and printing BMECS cards.
Nicki Collins - Treasurer Nicki is our much-valued treasurer - she is in charge of keeping track of all of the pennies paid in and out of the BMECS 'coffers'. This includes receiving Qualifier Show registration fees from show holders as well as hobbyists' entry fees for the Championship, and letting us know how much we can afford to spend on things like the venue, rosettes, prizes, admin expenses and goodies for the raffle! The show absolutely must be self-funding, so keeping track of our income and expenditure is a must.
